Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns & Eligibility

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we accept returns only for unworn, unwashed items with original hygiene liners and tags attached.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in brand-new condition

  • No signs of wear, deodorant, makeup, or damage

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Final sale items

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “non-returnable”

  • Worn or damaged swimwear

3. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Size changes

  • Color changes

Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.

4. Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product.

For return requests, email us at solsticenz@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged/incorrect)

We will provide return instructions.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at solsticenz@gmail.com for a replacement or refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or card company

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. Email us at solsticenz@gmail.com
