We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Typical delivery timeframes:

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, and import duties that may apply in their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

4. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may need to pay a reshipment fee.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or for delays caused by the shipping provider.
