Welcome to Solstice (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing from Solstice, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Products & Descriptions

We aim to display our swimwear products, colours, and sizes as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect colours or details perfectly.

All products and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product availability

  • Errors in product or pricing information

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) unless otherwise noted.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

By submitting your payment information, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge the applicable amount.

We are not responsible for any additional bank or currency fees.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times listed at checkout are estimates only.
Once an order is shipped, courier delays or customs delays (for international orders) are outside our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be refunded.

6. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, swimwear may only be returned or exchanged if unworn, unwashed, with hygiene stickers and original tags intact, and within our stated return window.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Solstice website—including logos, images, product designs, text, graphics, and layout—is the property of Solstice and protected by intellectual property laws.
